Murray and Celeste Fasken Distinguished Teaching Award 2019

I am honored to be a recipient of this venerable award that is open to all graduate students who have served in teaching positions in the College of Liberal Arts at Texas A&M University. This award is issued to those who best demonstrate characteristics of excellence in classroom teaching. The evaluation committee includes previous winners of the Fasken Graduate Teaching Award from several departments in the College of Liberal Arts at Texas A&M University.

College Classroom Teaching: Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning

I have completed a course in college teaching skills offered by the Center for Teaching Excellence at Texas A&M University. During this course, I taught a class session based on my designed Lesson Plan. I also conducted a TAR (Teaching as Research) project.
